This Privacy Policy explains how Future Vision ("Future Vision", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the V-Chat mobile application and web application (together, the "Service"). V-Chat is a WhatsApp gateway and customer-relationship management (CRM) tool that lets you connect WhatsApp accounts, send and receive messages, organize contacts, and run messaging campaigns.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account data — name, email address, and/or phone number, and a hashed password when you register.
• Verification data — one-time codes sent to your email or phone to confirm your identity.
• Organization & team data — company/workspace name, team members you invite, and their roles and access grants.
• CRM data — contact names, tags, notes, and other metadata you add to chats.
• Billing data — your subscription plan and seat count. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2.2 WhatsApp data (processed on your behalf)

When you connect a WhatsApp account to V-Chat by scanning a QR code, the Service acts as a linked device for that account. To provide its features we process:

• Messages you send and receive through the connected account, including text, media (images, video, audio, documents), and message status (sent/delivered/read).
• Contacts and chats visible to that WhatsApp account, including phone numbers, profile names, and group membership.
• WhatsApp session credentials needed to keep the linked device connected.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Device & push tokens — when you enable notifications, we store a device push token (FCM/APNs) to deliver alerts.
• Usage & log data — connection events, feature usage, and error logs used to operate and debug the Service.
• Technical data — IP address, device type, and app version.

3. How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Connect and keep your WhatsApp sessions online and route your messages.
• Send push, email, or in-app notifications you have requested.
• Process subscriptions, trials, and billing.
• Enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your WhatsApp message content for advertising.

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public. If our business is transferred, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Outbound webhooks & API

If you configure webhooks or use API keys, you direct V-Chat to send your data to endpoints you control. You are responsible for the security and privacy practices of those endpoints.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete chats, contacts, and messages within the app. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Disconnecting a WhatsApp session removes its stored credentials from the Service.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, signed webhooks, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and may process and store data on servers located in other countries. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be announced in the app.
